2016 Christie Foundation Health Education Scholarship Awards
Nearly 200 people attended the Christie Foundation Health Education Scholarship Award Ceremony and Reception on Thursday, May 26 at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center in Urbana. Over $100,000 in scholarships was awarded to 118 students at the event to pursue their studies in medicine for the 2016-2017 school year. The evening also featured encouraging words about the value of healthcare education, and recruitment process of medical professionals from Christie Clinic’s Physician Recruitment and Outreach Manager, Jim Pound.
